"Services" refers to all features, functions, and capabilities provided through the Platform, including job search, profile creation, job posting, and related services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Binding Agreement: By accessing, browsing, or using the HealthcareWork.ca platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.
Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Job Aggregation Service: We collect job postings from various third-party sources including employer websites, public job boards, and other employment platforms. Job listings displayed on our Platform are aggregated from these external sources and may not originate directly with us.
No Guarantee of Job Legitimacy (IMPORTANT LIMITATION): We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, currentness, or availability of any job posting displayed on our Platform. Job postings are sourced from multiple third-party platforms and employers, and we cannot verify the authenticity or current status of every posting.
Third-Party Content: Job postings and related content are provided by third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or reliability of job postings, employer information, or application processes managed by third parties.
Platform Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.
Free Service Model: Currently, all services provided through the Platform are offered free of charge to both job seekers and employers. We reserve the right to introduce paid services or features in the future.
4. User Responsibilities and Conduct
Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating profiles, submitting job postings, or using Platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and updating it as necessary.
Professional Use: The Platform is intended for legitimate healthcare employment purposes only. Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or inappropriate purposes.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job postings or profile information
- Use the Platform to distribute spam, promotional materials, or unrelated content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems or other user accounts
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or security features
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or professional standards
- Harass, threaten, or inappropriately contact other users
- Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with the Platform
Professional Standards: Healthcare professionals and employers using the Platform must maintain appropriate professional standards and comply with relevant healthcare industry regulations and codes of conduct.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform. You warrant that you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Ownership: The HealthcareWork.ca platform, including its design, functionality, software, and original content, is owned by Reach Networks Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content License: By submitting content to the Platform (including job postings, profiles, and other information), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
Third-Party Content: Job postings and related content sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners. We display such content under fair use principles for the purpose of job aggregation and career matching services.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission. The Platform's trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without authorization.
User Representations: By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content and that its use on the Platform does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

Job Posting Disclaimers: WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF JOB POSTINGS. JOB SEEKERS USE JOB POSTING INFORMATION AT THEIR OWN RISK AND SHOULD VERIFY ALL DETAILS DIRECTLY WITH EMPLOYERS.
Employment Disclaimers: WE ARE NOT AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN HIRING DECISIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES, OR JOB PLACEMENT SUCCESS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH NETWORKS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of employment opportunities or income
- Damages resulting from fraudulent job postings or employers
- Technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions
- Reliance on job posting information or employer communications
- Any other damages arising from Platform use
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, which in most cases will be zero dollars given our free service model.
Provincial Law Compliance: These limitations are intended to comply with British Columbia law and may be adjusted to the extent required by applicable legislation.
8. Financial Terms and Future Service Changes
Current Free Service: All Platform services are currently provided free of charge to users. No fees are charged for job searching, profile creation, job posting, or accessing Platform features.
Future Paid Services: We reserve the right to introduce paid services, premium features, or subscription models at any time in the future. Any such changes will be implemented through updates to these Terms and Conditions.
No Refund Policy: IF PAID SERVICES ARE INTRODUCED IN THE FUTURE, ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Dissatisfaction with services
- Changes to service features or availability
- Termination of user accounts
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Changes in user circumstances or needs
Payment Terms: If paid services are introduced, payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase. Users will be responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
Service Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or its services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to users.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Step 2: Formal Legal Action — If a dispute cannot be resolved through support contact within 30 days, you may pursue formal legal action. Any legal proceedings must be filed in the appropriate courts of British Columbia, Canada.
Court Jurisdiction: You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the British Columbia courts and agree that any legal action arising from your use of the Platform will be heard in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in British Columbia.
Limitation Period: Any claims arising from your use of the Platform must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose, or such claim will be permanently barred.
Legal Costs: Each party shall be responsible for their own legal costs and attorney fees, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
